Current COVID-19 schedule: 

Thursdays, 5:30 pm online via zoom!

As we all move through this crazy time and things become less accessible I want to make sure there are the least amount of barriers possible for this yoga class. Thursday classes are usually $12 a class or you can buy a 10 class pass for $100 to save. But right now I want this class to be a donate what you can set up. Private Sessions

I am a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. I received my training through Yoga North International SomaYoga Institute. This particular training gave me knowledge specific to improving physical functioning, mobility, and alleviating chronic pain. Private sessions may be good for those interested in: 

  • Events like wedding parties, birthday parties and more!

  • Practicing as a new student 

  • Learning skills on how to meditate & relax

6 Week Compassionate Self Discipline Group

This group will move through Cheri Huber's book, "Making a Change for Good: A Guide to Compassionate Self-Discipline."

The book is a 30 day deep dive into making lifelong changes in a compassionate but determined way. It combines journaling and meditation to make your changes stick. This group will support each other to make changes and learn how to realistically approach the ever popular idea of "mindfulness." If you're interested or need more information contact me at consciouslycarly@gmail.com.

About My Training:

My certification as a Health and Wellness coach is through American Fitness Professionals Association. This training focuses on:
