Lifelong Activism with Unny Nambudiripad

Unny cultivates capacity for social change, in particular for nonhuman animals. He brings together communities to heal emotionally, spiritually, physically, and socially to help us be more loving, compassionate, and sustainable activists. He enjoys swimming in lakes, singing while biking around town, and cooking food for others. In this episode Unny and I talk about showing up as our authentic selves, having humility for where everyone is at on their journey and a sheep named Frederick raised by dogs.
